The youtube video is very informative. Fortunately / unfortunately, I got very allergic to high fructose corn syrup & corn in general. Also corn in the US is mostly GMO! Anyway, I already feel better with the water diet (urine looping & light soup) like I did some 4 yrs ago. I also started a herbal formula 'ParaGone' which supposedly kills parasites in the digestive system. I'm more hopeful of getting better. I'm willing to do this diet forever if needed ... just need my life back.
