Yes, that looks like a liver fluke. Try to get triclabendazole aka egaten for it. And be thorough when you take it. The best shot at getting rid of them is by taking enough of it and the correct time span. They feed on bile and red blood cells. So, that could be causing alot of fatigue as well. This parasite is a problem though. It's better to get the medicine quickly and treat it.
