Sorry in sdvence for this being long, but I have to give the history of this. My husband was in the military until about three years ago. During that time we lived in Germany, TX, AZ and CA (where I am from). He is out now and we are living permanently in CA. Before we started all the moving, I rarely, if ever had seasonal allergies. The allergies I do have are to things like cats and cigarettes. Anyway, we moved to Germany first. To my knowledge, I wasn't having any issues living there, but had my first heart palpitation episode while living there. We lived there about 5 months. He got out of the military and we went back to CA. After he went back in, we moved to AZ first for a few months and then to TX. In TX, they have yellow polleny trees everywhere and it falls in mass amounts like rain, seemingly year round. That was the first time I started noticing a consistent issue, allergy wise. While I did have some issues living in AZ, it only seemed to happen in the Spring. At that time I would have the typical reactions of sneezing, itchy eyes, etc., but also developed consistent asthma in TX, which I now still have. During that time, I don't recall any heart palp episodes.

He got sent to Iraq for a year, at which time I moved back to CA and did not have any allergy or respiratory issues, just my other usual autoimmune problems. He got back to TX, we lived there for about a year and my allergic responses resumed. After leaving TX, we again went back to CA for a period of time. After being back in CA for a very short time, just weeks I think, I developed a hardcore respiratory indirection of some kind. It was like bronchitis x 100. That last a long while and the asthma became full blown. my husband was out of the military at that point and became a defense contractor. we moved back to Arizona and something indigenous to that area only, some kind of ragweed I think, combined with the dry air, had my new found allergies bad all the time. During that time, I also developed off and on racing heart with heart palps, adrenal fatigue worsened, reflux, which i rarely got, became a full time ordeal, etc. Each time I was back in CA, things would improve a bit, but got worse when going back to AZ.

So now we are back in CA permanently and not only have the heart palps/racing episodes not stopped, they are getting more frequent. My reflux is non-stop and now something in the air is giving me horrendous itchy ears, stuffed up and runny nose, itchy throat, eyes feel dry as sandpaper, mucus galore, and of course the asthma. I also have had permanent hives along my jawline since this all started. I did have my histamine levels checked and they are normal. I eat gluten free, sugar-free and nearly 100% dairy free. My question is, is it possible to suddenly develop allergies from moving to a new location, but somehow retain them even after moving out of that area? Or could i have somehow picked up something while living in Grmany that just took a while to manifest? It's not like Germany is s third world country. As I said, I never had seasonal allergies before the move out of CA. Before I met my husband, I even lived in WA state, which is mold central and never had a problem living there. In fact I oved it. I think because it's so wet there, it keeps most of the allergens at bay. I do have other health issues like candida and Lyme, but they never ever gave me allergy-like reactions before. What I do find interesting is each time I have any lab work done, my eosinophils levels are off the charts. For those who aren't familiar, eosinophils are markers for things like allergic reactions in the body, but also for parasites. So either I am having a constant allergy to something, or I have a parasite giving the high eosinophil count.

I can't take Benedryl because it makes my heart race. I would prefer something as natural as possible. Thanks.
