If there was a chance that I was bleeding from my intestines I would go to the hospital.

It's some sort of reaction with the rectum tissue, like hemorrhoids except I have no other symptoms except with cayenne and garlic.

I remembered I had a stout that morning, so it could have been that too. (Once every 10 years beer)

There's no other die-off reaction other than feeling better. I used to get really severe die-off reactions from anti parasite herbs. It's all new territory for me so I have to figure out what's going on somehow.
