Good article Marie! I found the plain water enemas worked great for me. When detoxing the water cleaned out the colon and usually brought much relief.

However I did many coffee enemas prior to NB while I was in the thick of parasite cleansing. I think they have their place but each has to decide what works best for them. I don't do many enemas anymore. Maybe twice per month if I am needing some extra detox.
