Very touching story. I feel for you and unfortunately I don't have a lot to ad, except that there are probably hundreds of parasites that can infect the human body. I have read that there are only reliable tests for a few of these parasites. Perhaps you have an unusual form of parasite? If you go in for more tests maybe ask them about worms that their test won't detect?
