Hey seemekc - thanks for the suggestion - i'm definately going to be having one HUGE eye on parasites now for the rest of my damn life!! lol

Do you have a herbal formula you use to nasal flush daily? I'd like to make my own but don't want to use anything too abrasive for mucous membranes over long term use.

I am shocked, scared and amazed at where parasites go in the human body - how they affect our functioning and moods...it's incredible.

Now i know i have them in me - for sure - it's impossible to be in denial once you see weird stuff coming out of you! I have always been in the boat of 'i don't do sushi, im fine...' LOL!! I think i've been harbouring snakes since childhood! All that good nutrition being stolen from me!

Most of my friends and family hate me going on about detoxing - talking about poop at the table...lol...but now i've witnessed parasites i think they'll disown me hahaaa ;-)
