I had a similar experience, except that my parasites were part of a larger metal poisoning experience.

I tried all sorts of natural remedies for the worms. They didn't work. I also tried pyrantel, but that only works in the intestines. What eventually cleared them out was taking albendazole (I bought the Pfizer veterinary version online, brand name "Valbazen"). That knocked them out in a couple of days.
