If I take Kelp should I take the cofactors as for Iodine supplimentation?

I was eating some algae and next minute I was stopping breathing almost like having no air.

would this be a problem if i have adrenal fatigue?
i've read you should first fix your adrenals and then take iodine. any experience? some said is no problem but i dont want to crash again.
AF, candida, parasites and Hpilory. parasites under treatment first.
