Today I used the bathroom and all that came out was one long strand, about 6", that looked like the one in the picture. It was more white when in the toilet but none the less looked about the same, minus the extra feces. I then had another BM shortly after that resulted in the picture taken. The first one i did not think to take a picture of. Is this a parasite or simply mucus? I should add that the I went to the ER two weeks ago and the DR said that I have gastritis after taking a ultrasound and chest/torso xray. My abdominal pain has lasted two weeks as well.
