Your photo looks like a young ascaris. I know as I battled these for almost 2 years. I don't know how much Vermox you took but it usually takes a year of cleansing to get rid of these. You were probably given 100mg pills and told to take 2 per day for 3 days. If this was the case it is way too weak.

I used strong herbs alone but I would recommend a combo of herbs and drugs for at least one year to speed things along. I think the following is a good protocol but I might replace albendazole for the mebendazole in case you have some parasites in your liver or other areas.

Note- Most parasite tests come back as a false negative. Using a long stick to stir through the stool is the most reliable test I have found so far.
