I have used lots of raw garlic on a regular basis for the last 4 years. Usually I chop 3 large cloves and have it with the evening meal. It was not effective in eliminating all of my chronic infections or leaky gut but does make a good adjunct with other parasite treatments.

The intestinal infections were finally taken care of with anti-parasitic meds.
