Over time, diet would have gotten rid of all of these problems. But when one is severely deficient, yes, supplementation is good. Some are too sick to do cleanses. parasite die-off can cause one to feel quite ill. It depends on the person's tolerance. I prefer healing crisis to the long wait of getting well nutritionally. So, get rid of the toxicity, supplement, and eat the diet as recommended. A good diet WILL get rid of parasites and heal the gut over time. I'm with you though, I just don't want to wait that long!
