The sodium/pot started to rise at the 6 month mark. this was when I really upped the cat claw to 1/2 tspn per meal of powdered whole herb. I also added 2 Wormwood caps a couple times per day and some cloves, Black-Walnut and raw garlic. At the 10 month mark my sod/pot went to 13/3. I tested just before I went to Mexico.

I see you are taking 1tspn of tincture per day. That is not enough to kill much of anything. Astragalus helps the immune system and burdock is more of an intestinal cleanser. The only parasite herb you are taking is the cat's claw.

Most practitioners have very little experience with infections. The herbs are good as a deterrant but I did not have dramatic improvements until I started using meds. I still do 6 days of double dose meds each month to treat the infections. I plan on staying on a regular med dosing for a year. I use the herbs in between. I was able to bring lots of meds from Mexico as a prescription is not required.

I have also added a 50 billion probiotic.
