Im going to have to disagree, while i do agree paleo is not the answer, when i eat high carb it is the worse i have ever felt there is no question, i came to that decision naturally by process of elimination before descovering i even had issues with parasites and bad bacteria, fats doing seem to trigger off my brain fog, same with protein and green vegtables - no where near as bad as eating say potatoes, or bread, or lots of rice.
