Did you get sick like with the flu right before you crashed by chance? Trying to eliminate a couple of things.
Diet for at least a month, then assess your situation. If you have a juicer, juice first for 3-4 days if you're thin build, longer if you're naturally bulkier.
I recommend you fix your diet first before you go down the endless cleanses route. A good diet will naturally cleanse you and I recommend juicing over all the expensive, invasive, and questionable effectiveness methods. Fruit is one of the best cleansers and that's why a lot of people like the fruitarian-style route. Tastes good too!
I wouldn't recommend any cleanses or teas that have stimulants in them because you probably have adrenal fatigue and some cleanses seem to give an initial perk only to cause a crash later, especially with coffee enemas. I mean coffee, caffeine, hello?!
I'd wait until a month on the new diet before trying any flushes or start sticking things up your butt and I doubt most people who think they have parasites really do. Most people get desperate when they try a bunch of things and don't get better, then start thinking it's got to be something exotic (like liver flukes!) when most likely they are still eating a crap diet of too much animal protein and fat and are also under-carbed. Remember, if you're under-carbed, you're not able to think as well and you'll start making poor choices. Look how many people have done tons of liver oil flushes and coffee enemas when either little improvement or they get worse.
Diet first, diet first, diet first.
