I am very new to the forum and found your story inspiring. Thank you!
I am only new to nutritional balancing (3 months) and it has definitely been challenging so far - the brain fog and bloating is pretty hard but i am getting thru it. I stopped the glandulars - they are too stimulating for me but i have remained on everything else along with a mostly paleo diet apart from some quinoa, beans etc here and there.

I was wondering how you originally found out about your parasite problems? I recently had a stool test by "doctor's data" and a Metametrix one also. There weren't any parasites found - there was a high white blood cell count and some occult blood along with moderate amount of yeast though. Anyways, i have heard stool test are not always entirely reliable but can be somewhat indicative. Was just curious what means you used to determine prescence of parasites?
