I believe I have some infections/ parasites so my practitioner is having me try out a tincture of cat's claw, astragalus, burdock and licorice. I'm only taking one teaspoon a day.

I was just wondering, if you don't mind sharing..How much cat's claw did you take before you saw a difference?
