It is very hard to truly diagnose if parasites are really running rampant all over your body

They usually will not do this, it is not in their nature. They could though. Ascaris is known to do that in very rare instances. If it happens it's larvae migrans most of the time

Vitamin deficiencies can make it feel this way though, especially vitamin B12 deficiency, as it causes muscle spasms/twitches all over the body if it is severe
