I don't know what the equivalent of just two drops is - for the 2% lugols, but that's what I'm doing each day while I do my parasite cleanse, then I will add in the co-supplements and then my Bowel Cleanse ( Hulda Clark ). Seems I'll be on Iodine for a little while? At least several months?
