Ever since having my daughter three years ago my hormones are all wonky. I think I'm estrogen dominant and have a big of a clogged liver - just did a flush a couple months ago and have more to go. I can't lose the baby weight (despite working out and eating super well) and around cycle day 10,11,12, my hormones get so crazy I have a hypoglycemic reaction - I'm tired, shaky, cranky, can barely see straight, dizzy, racing heart.

I haven't done Iodine supplementing yet but plan to. I'm starting another parasite cleanse.

Any tips?
