Oh yes I completely understand. Food used to sit in my stomach like a lump. I couldn't even have a BM on my own for 6 months. Had to use enemas every day just to go. Even senna stopped being effective.

The GB-3 helped with the lump in the stomach feeling right away. I had tried all the "best" enzymes on the market and none were as good. They are VERY strong though, I could only handle 1/2 a pill at each meal. Plus they killed off alot of parasites and candida, which was definitely an added bonus.
