Those are very different supplements to the one's we take from the ARL lab. Maybe they do the same thing though, I will look them up. The protocol some of us are on deals alot with dumping certain metals like copper aluminum etc because some of us are very toxic in these and need to get them out before we can heal.
There are so many factors to this illness. Others have found that parasites and hidden infections are holding them back from healing all the way. Candida is another issue.
Overall though, many here have improved greatly with their supplement program, even those in burnout.
Diet has been a very frustrating one for me because if you are not eating right you can really sabbotage everything.
For me i have been told I need to eat a low carb, high protein diet to support my adrenals and control my hypoglycemia. Others say they feel better eating more carbs. It can be tricky. In any case try to adhere strictly to what you have been told to eat and see how it goes.
