I do think coffee enemas, done no more than 3 times per week, do detox the liver. I have sensed the detox and also felts better from them (its important to feel better with things too, not all its detox otherwise you would eventually die lol)

Yeah I think I have parasites as well. Eating raw fruit or veggies triggers inflammation and diarreah.
