I started taking cytogreens a non filler greens powder. Also i started taking 1.6g-3g of vit c powder daily, with 1000mg of L-lysine.

The vitamin c is for my immune system and i added lysine for collagen.

I have been going to the bathroom more since taking the greens. its been about 11 days. Today i saw yellow round nut looking things, and yellow grape things inside my stools. Gross! they're about 2-3mm long.

I haven't eaten any grapes for months and i ate peanuts but thoroughly chewed it. This things look whole, like i just swallowed it.

the same yellow grape thing i saw a few months back and i put it in a ziploc bag, since there was ony one and its smelled really bad. it was also squishy and didnt break open when i poked it. i was going to show a ND. but didnt have $ so of course i threw it out asap.

Some are soft looking(grapes) others are solid(nuts)

is it parasite eggs? I hope so
