Study the life cycle of ascaris. Deworm after the larva has just hatched out, and before they have a chance to start laying more eggs. Listen to your body. Are they more active during the full moon? If so, that is a good time to hit them hard. Try beginning your cleanse 5 days before the full moon and continue until 5 days after the full moon. Do this every other full moon for two years, if it seems to be working. If not, do not listen to me, listen to your body. The healing slope is upward. Getting rid of parasites is a two step forward, one step backward process. If you are doing it correctly, you will feel worse during the cleanse. And when the cleanse is over, you will feel better than before you started cleansing. The slope is upward. If you feel worse when you stop cleansing, you are not doing it right.
