Yes and it isnt actually nuitritional coaching what they do, its a one size fits all with mixed dosages. Adrenal fatigue in one person isnt the same as in another ive realised from reading and learning...I know Klauss had success and Sherpa has been using Dr Lams book to self navigate and is now pretty well (Dr Lam was rude to him to!)but there are so many more left in worse states than before they started..im not saying you will but just be really careful, especially with the megadosing and when they introduce hormones. My DHEA level was already High in relation to cortisol, but she told me to take it..cue uber crash, Dr Lam said 'who told you to take DHEA?' I said Dorine, he said she dosent know what she was doing with it...SERIOUSLY! I really think the DHEA was what has caused this damage that im still trying to repair...

Current plan...continue with Vit C, Glutithione, Pantethine as immune system support..I do use Lams vitamins because they are good quality and we cant get Liposomal Vitamin C in the UK.. IVe just had test results to show I have a severe Candida infection now, so im going to attempt to remedy that first and be tested for parasites and go through a month of hell with the die off. Hopefully with that under control, it might be the cause of my not sleeping...two years of sleeping two hours a night, no wonder im a mess! Im convinced sleep is the only way to heal but not artifical sleep.

I have been reading about Dr Wilsons protocols, and have been tempted but I agree, its pretty much just another approach that may or may not work...and you wont know until 6 months down the line, after that youve spent hundreds if not thousands!

Sorry if I sound jaded! but ive always wanted to buy myself my dream guitar, a Gibson J200 and always thought its just to expensive. If I work out what ive spent this year on these quacks, I could of bought three of them :)
