HI there, thanks for the feed back.
so zinc can displace more than copper? And why would I want to take something that prevents the copper detox if that is ultimately what I need it for? Will it still push copper out but less intensely? I agree, i need it to do what it does but need it to happen in a way that is manageable for my adrenals.
Did the zinc make you crash when it flushed the metals out and now it doesn't? That would be promising to hear.
