Last word for today for those that do not feel like eating...chemo will do this.

Albendazole can cause severe Depression in most ppl..just so you know..it will pass.
I suggest you get on something like K-pax drinks..it has it all..and I mean all, very few ingredients are missing that you will need to add to your regime.

If you are extremely infested..you are lacking a lot of vitamins not just the B's that i failed to mention in my previous posting.

Stay away from watercress, water chest nuts, aquatic foods/veggies.
Grain fed animals have less parasites vs. grass fed.
Pork is not worth even eating..but if u want to eat it..freeze for 24 DAYS NOT 24 HRS
iN FACT buy or freeze all meats before cooking. Seriously for as many days as you can..the longer the better..flash 24 hrs is not guareented at all.
Some parasites can survive boiled water, ice cubes,and others..chlorine...they have survivals skills beyond our comprehension.
Use the vinegar soak and peroxide soak on all veggies, scrub and peel...for some they no longer trust any foods..they suggest you cook and/or stew all.
