Hi Paulette- Sorry to hear of the anxiety. I struggled with this for years but this has completely resolved itself at this stage in my healing.

The withdrawal from ssri's takes some time. The protracted phase can last up to a year. I also had increased anxiety when I went med free. It has been 5 years since I quit and I continue to feel better and better. Good for you that you have been able to kick these as they are very damaging to the body.

The other thing that caused hypoglycemia and anxiety with night waking was parasites. Many don't want to consider this but the symptoms of parasites and AF are basically the same. Once I cleared these out I felt soooo much better and stronger.

In my experience anxiety is caused by toxins in the body. Drugs, Amalgam fillings, toxic beauty products, mercury fillings, parasites and eating foods that cause an allergy. Once I eliminated all of these and started NB my healing is about 80% complete.
