I'm seeing a LOT of undigested food bits in my bowel movements. At first, I thought they were parasites or candida, but I'm pretty sure that they are undigested food. Anyway, they never stop, and I was wondering if that is normal or indicative of larger issues like leaky gut syndrome? Also, if it's LGS, how I do heal it? Thank you in advance!
