Interesting - we all have different experiences I guess! How bad was your case? ALA- Alpha Lipoic Acid? What would you view as the root cause of candida- not alkaline enough? I keep hearing about alkalizing your body to get rid of candida. (Mine is at least partially a bad case of parasites - P.D. and kefir/ fermented veggies are definately helping with that!) Even when we disagree, we can definately learn from each other.
Moofqueen, hopefully this is not just really annoying and you can learn about different ways you can beat candida and then make an informed choice about what to try yourself. Just be encouraged that people are beating it - which means so can you.
