I did it this morning
Clove capsules
Raw garlic
Probiotics
Hot water with lemon
Fish oil

Now pineapple
Then pumpkin seed

Then I'll have my coffee and banana smoothie (with flax, coconut oil)

I've been doing coffee enemas.

I'm waiting on my kidney cleanse formula from Clarkia - should I just start taking that as well and then do the Clarkia parasite cleanse 5 days around the full moon every month?
