Hi guys
I have been reading the CureZone Forums for a while and just decided to give back and write about my recent cure.
I can't remember where I got the idea from but I started making my own milk kefir and drinking a glass every day a couple of months ago and SD completely cleared up.
I have always had super oily hair and SD - since puberty. I remember being told off by my mother for scratching my scalp - have dealt with the problem for at least 15 years. Always had to wash my hair every day. Skin problems like Acne etc.
Now it is clear the problem was candida and the kefir clearly helped. Home made kefir much better than shop bought. Cutting down on sugar, low carb will help, diet is basically the key... been getting into jucing too.
Inspired by Curezone I will order Humaworm and Humacleanse in the next few days, do the parasite cleanse and bowel cleanse, followed by liver and kidney cleanses. I have to say that the liver and kindey ones sound pretty scary! Got a bit more reading up to do. I live in the UK but will order the Huma products to be delivered to a friend in the US and will get her to post them to me here in the UK.
I am sure you guys will have some questions but there's lots of info regarding kefir online, and basically the problem is candida. If you cannot find answers online please ask and I will do my best to help!
