I need to do liver flushing, so I'm doing parasite cleansing first. And I planned on only doing a round of Dr. Natura, which I just finished (I think it was 45 days or 60 or something) - it included fiber and a senna tea. And I was surprised to see grains of rice (tapeworm?) but only like two - so maybe it was nothing.

So then I decided to do one more parasite cleanse just in case, ordered the Clarkia (which has similar ingredients to Dr. Natura) and so I was asking here.
