Google "food grade Diatomaceous Earth" and read everything that comes up.
You will probably want to try it. Some of the brands are high in aluminum. So it is a good idea to get a hair sample done to make sure you are not accumulating toxic levels.

Garlic, pumpkin seeds, cayenne and pineapple are all foods that parasites hate. Pineapple paralyzes ascaris. Garlic kills most of them. They hate pumpkin seeds. Cayenne will expel them from your guts and clean your liver. It is also good for the heart.

Wouldn't hurt to drink Watermelon Seed Tea for a few days to strengthen your kidneys if you got good results from your first parasite cleanse.
