I think part of the problem is that once people feel better they forget all about this site and don't come back to report how fabulous they feel. I know I wouldn't be here if I wasn't still flushing. Hopefully I won't be here much longer!

I only had a die off reaction the first time I flushed. Felt like I had the flu for days. After that I discovered Hulda Clark and did a parasite cleanse before flushing again. I never had a die off reaction again and my symptoms (pain in upper and lower back and neck) have progressively eased (to the point of being almost completely gone) with every flush.
