So I am doing Dr. Natura's parasite detox. I've been on it over a month (it's two months) and had taken a break when I got to feeling really bad. I did see a couple "grains of rice" but nothing since.

When I finish this, should I do more colon cleaning before I move on to kidney and liver? Or another round of parasite using a different product?

I felt like this may have been helpful but is now kind of plateaued... part of it is taking pills (parasite), fiber, and then drinking tea with Senna in it - but the tea is no longer as effective as it was in the beginning.

I'm also eating normally - trying to avoid white flour, sugar, meat (though I ate a little meat and whitefish) - mostly veggies, rice, fruit, nuts... but should I be fasting?

Can you eat fairly normally while doing bowel/colon cleansing?
