Have you ever been in a situation where you're with someone who gets really scared and they clench your hand or your arm? That's what your muscles are doing throughout your body. They are doing this because you are stuck in fight or flight.

This is coming from someone who has a lifetime's supply of magnesium supplements stashed in a box.
