I so desperately need to flush, and I keep putting it off b/c every time my daughter goes to her father's house, I don't want to spend my very rare "Me time" drinking olive oil and possibly puking or feeling lousy for a day.

But I do need to flush. I've been wanting to for YEARS and I keep saying "Now that it's fall, it's not a good time to flush."

But I want to try to do at least three

I've lost some weight, but the rest won't come off til I flush; I know this from past experience.

I've been doing Dr. Natura's parasite cleanse, but stopped b/c I was feeling so sick from it after three weeks (not sure why).

Please tell me a simple simple protocol. Can I do it right after my period? It's just hard to find a time! And what is it like the next day? Will I be on the toilet all day? I was doing them for years but that was about 4-5 years ago now and I seem to have forgotten!

How long prep time do I need. Thanks!
