Unfortunately I did not...I opted to go without that and I know that's not the order in which things should be done.
Since then I have been on the parasite cleanse but as I am trying the candida diet I wanted to go a few weeks before resuming the parasite cleanse.

Once I have done a sufficient amount of weeks on the candida diet I will then do the parasite cleanse.
I am too scared to do the flush again though ..
