I'm no expert but I hated to see your post sit all by itself. Yes, I do believe one can get rid of brain parasites. As with parasite infection in any other part of the body it's a process of killing & starving them while cleansing & rebuilding the body. The Black-Walnut , Wormwood & clove is a universal protocol & a good place to begin. For most, they're taken 20-30 min b/f meals. Don't be afraid to add other powerful substances & slam them hard with stuff. There are many other anti-parasitic herbs/spices - put together an arsenal no critter wants to survive. But also be gentle with your body. The things that work for people differs - so keep reading & learning all you can - all the while listening to your body & responding accordingly.
