Okay I'm going to assume its die-off but I mean the headache, etc literally happens 20 seconds after putting the cloves in my mouth.

Would it be so little time to kill parasites and cause die-off.

Maybe histamine or blood thining is more likely as mentioned bellow.

It isn't soo bad I'm going to stop taking though. I guess if I slowly get less and less I can attribute it to die off.
