I don't have the "fear" of ingesting the Castor oil because it all depends on the dose; if it is a bit high yesss it "shows no mercy" and all the contents of the intestines will be out including LIVE parasites if there are. In my home country in South America the deworming every year was with a "bit high" dose of Castor oil once a year, given Friday night, then Sat all day "visiting the throne"; my cousins had long alive worms coming out... ewww yes, but good treatment indeed.
I take small doses of Castor oil by mouth every other day, I have Lyme Disease and all my body was swollen like a huge balloon, this oil is helping me on my way to recovery, detoxing and unclogging the lymphatic system. I bought a very inexpensive bottle for less than $2 at Target, the brand is "Swan" yes for human consumption, and I put it inside veggie capsules that I bought in Amazon very cheap too, this because I don't want to taste a spoon full of castor oil every other night. I like to not taste it and the effect is the same. My friend K wrote to the company that produces the Oil Packs and asked them if their oil was for human consumption too, meaning if she decided to swallow it instead would the oil be safe? They responded that of course it was for human consumption if not they wouldn't be able to sell it for the oil to be absorbed by the skin, but they write in their pack that it is not fir human consumption so the people won't get the diarrhea and then be upset for this "side effect"? lol.
The lymphatic drainage is the new green!
