Hi- GRATEFUL FOR ANY ADVICE OR WISDOM!
would love any advice or support.
First Liver Flush tonight...been putting it off for months...tired, underpaid overworked single mom with no time for myself or a liver flush, but my health has gotten SO toxic, I am giving my teenager the edict that I must have support for the next month on getting healthy or we won't have a roof over our heads! I have a foot detox bath but chronic back pain and heavy belly makes lifting the foot bath too heavy. I need my teenager's help. any ideas on how to get him away from his video games and computer etc long enough to help mom?

did a castor oil pack/hot water bottle on my abdomen last night as a prelude to my planned liver cleanse tonight and woke up with the most SEVERE uterine pain. excruciating for an hour or so, finally went back to sleep with the revelation that I can't put this liver cleanse off any longer and that the bloated belly (for the last 2 years, I weigh the same as when I gave birth-eat very little- moderate exercise) is probably fibroid tumor ( I have no insurance, eat fairly organic )
symtoms...so many...chronic exhaustion, brain fog...
constant lower back pain,sebaceous cyst on left shoulder that has gotten painful, hypothyroid, feeling like I want to 'give up' a lot as my first born son cut communication with his brother and I after my divorce (I was injured by former husband-concussion and 3 fractures in hand- and the trauma drove my first born son away) missing him is probably underlying alot of my symptoms of fibro, severe exhaustion etc.
I have devoted the last 16 years to reading and living the Word as best as possible, raising my son and work, but I'm getting urgent wake up calls it's time to take care of my body and soul now.

flushed out a few parasites 2 mos ago (tried the organic way and finally had to try meds which worked). have been drinking apple cider vinegar, eating garlic, took stromectedol meds 2 rounds... 2 months ago after 2 months of severe bronchial flu etc -
recently started drinking 1/8 tsp of borax in qt of water then 2 weeks ago, my son and I both broke out with rash up and down our legs - mites? eurax cream and a lot of garlic have helped..rash is gone. several parasite cleanses - some relief, but toxic over load in abdomen. feel like I'm carrying a baby there (would be a virgin birth!!!...lol)

feel like I can't put off this first liver cleanse any longer... concerned that my toxic body will not tolerate the Epsom Salts ...so have organic lemons and organic olive oil ready to do 'gentle' Liver Flush tonight first.
any advice? should i brave the Epsom Salts ?

waking up with such intense uterine pain was a huge wake up call that this is urgent.
but I have no support system or insurance if the first cleanse is too much.
any wisdom?
this forum is such a blessing to me and I thank God for you all.
