Hi there,
I can relate to a lot of what you describe. I'm 28 and slowly but surely healing from a whole host of illnesses related to mineral deficiencies and heavy metal toxicity. I had completely adrenal burnout when I started all this. I am doing HTMA and have found it to be the best solution to all this. I had parasites and candida overgrowth and was able to correct that with diet and herbs. It's a slow process but healing is happening for me and I am amazed when I look back on the past two years since starting Nutritional Balancing what great progress I have made.
