i eat a lot.....thats not the reason i have lost the weight. its parasites in my body. i eat mostly organic but sometimes i cant eat everything organic. i eat whole organic foods. lots of veggies, never eat junk, processed, hydrogenated oils etc. i dont even go out to eat much cuz i dont trust the ingredients.

trust me, im not your normal zombie who watches tv (i dont watch it at all) and know the truth about things. i have been dealing with this for years literally and have tried every natural approach but am still not well. i dont have a way to make money, im unemployed right now and could not hold a job with my current health status. it is not my choice to be stick and bones, and if you think i can exercise at my current state (barely being able to walk) then i dont know what to tell you. this is parasites that have done this to my body.
