looks exactly like mine. Except yours is a little firmer, so it is longer. Mine look just like that, but break up.

I have AF/AI and high RT3. I go to the bathroom once a day, only in the morning.

As far as parasites go, I also had/have lyme. So maybe that. I say had/have, because it has been treated, mostly no symptoms, and I'm negative on conventional tests now. Just I have a couple things still show up on Igenex testing. I don't think you can ever really get rid of it all.

I just started some really high doses of Vit C. And although I'm getting some mild overstimulation from it, I also have pooped 2x a day now for the past 3 days. Something that never happens, and it seems it is a little healthier looking too.
