that's amazing routine you have. Am on annual leave until Monday, but is alone in the house with my 6 year old daughter, (my parents are away) and also managing house renovation --so its quite hard to keep up even with just the daily enema. HOwever, all the house work and the tropical weather in my area, makes me sweat (so hope it helps with the detox). I will try to squeeze in castor oil pack tomorrow night, if we can sleep in my house already (the paints are still quite smelly so- we have been sleeping over in friends/relatives houses.
I would probably try the baking soda/salt enema, followed by coffee enema.. then garlic enema.. whew that sounds like alot, but Id really want to see some parasites in the bowl --
