I tried all those special diets and they didn't help me, but a parasite cleanse called Humaworm really helped me massively and i highly suggest you do some reading over on their website. Sorted me out a treat. They also have a forum here on curezone that's pretty helpful.

Sibo stands for Small Intestine Bacterial Overgrowth.
Sibo is a type of parasite.
Took me a long time to figure that out.

Humaworm kills parasites.
